Question: I have to wear a bikini this weekend because I'm going to an indoor water park and I'm really uncomfortable with my stomach. I'm 100 pounds but my stomach sticks out alittle bit. I've just started dancing and I haven't checked my weight today so I don't know if I lost any wieght but my stomach is still sticking out. Are there any ways to get rid of my stomach quick??? I would like to eventually look like Kim kardashians. I know that's probably not possible in 5 days though.

Body wraps can help you lose inches in certain areas of your body. Type body wraps through your search engine and you will see different articles about it. You are 100 pounds, I don't think you need to lose weight, if you feel that your stomach is sticking out a bit, then you should do sit-ups and crunches to tone your muscles, but, definitely not lose weight.

If you do that, you might faint! If you want to lose fat, do interval training. Look up videos on You tube.

Kay do 20 crunches when you wake up Then 20 before you go to bed :) or you could do 30 if you want lols i do this and i saw results really fast! tones your stomache fast trust me haha.

im a guy, idk if itll be different for you but im 18 and i can kill 10 pounds in 1 week if i have to. it might sound bad but barley eat. mabey i eat 1 medium sized meal every 2 days and drink alot of water and eat a bannana when i get unberibly hungry. every dday in the evening i run a mile as fast as i can(remember drink alot of water in the day so u dont like die when u run lol) then i do 1 hour of working out. u should focus on crunches. idk if ittl work for you but it works pretty well for me when i feel pudgy again lol good luck

save the kitchen and the dining room table for cooking and eating try not to use it as a place to do work or other activities or you may be tempted to eat more

I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works......... Write down every thing you eat take a multivitamin at night
