Question: I am NOT looking for a quick fix at all I am just an average joe that has hit their braking point! I am a female and yes I will say it...I am 200 lbs. Gosh I hate that number and that is why I need to make a change before it gets any worse. I actually don't look that heavy but I am still heavy looking. I hope that makes sense. (I am a size 12 in pants and a 36D). I am not concerned about losing drastic inches but maybe a few pounds before summer rolls around! I just need some tips that would help me reach a goal of hopefully 150 by the end of the year! My diet isn't all that bad. I don't eat bread often, I actually don't like soda/juice, and I like vegetables! So anything that you think I should try would help! Oh and also any tips on how to maybe get myself to like sea food. I hate fish or anything that lives in water for that matter. So maybe anything that could help with that! Oh and also any knee friendly exercises would help too! I had ACL surgery almost a year ago and I have some trouble kneeling and doing prolong jumping exercise! I am not looking for attention or sympathy at all I just really want to become healthy before it gets to bad and hopefully can lose at least 20 lbs before my 20th birthday in May. Even that would make me happy! Oh and I am also 5' 8".

First thing first try drinking water throughout the day if you don't like a few sips every hour instead of a glass at lunch and then another one at dinner. Also you could try doing a 'cleansing diet' (for example eating only red apples for about 3 days, no exercise) to make any diet more effective! (and you also loose a bit). If you have a smart phone you can download those 7 minute work outs~ once in the morning and once at night should do okay :3 Also the only way to make me eat fish is to make some sort of quiche :3 Also if you can try taking omega-3 supplements if you dont eat fish!

try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture

Don't just stand there! Do squats while combing your teeth, calf raises whilst standing in line, or lunges while chatting about the phone.

Well, first of all 200 lbs for 5'8" isn't horrible, secondly I would suggest eating 5-6 small meals a day, this will boost your metabolism and allow more fat to be burned. my mom just got this new appetite control chew from a company called IDLife, they make all sorts of awesome healthy stuff, my whole family is using their products. After the free trial I got on, they ended up costing me $39.99 a month. I love the acai berry. I am not over weight and just take it for the healthy reasons.
