Eat foods which are vital for your health; fish, wholegrains, and fruits and vegetables. The most important thing to remember about food, is not to eat anything manufactured, because before the age of manufacturing in food man was perfectly able to cope with diseases and did not become obese. I always include lots of spices and herbs in my diet, which are colourfull in flavour, and make you looking healthy and colourfull too! I have set out a meal plan for ease, although my most important asset, that I have learned is the need for being adventorous and creative with cooking. This is just a taster of what I might eat in one day: Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with Unhulled (natural) Tahini and banana. Tahini is crushed sesame seeds, and provides, essential fatty acids for the body. Echinacea tea and some blueberries too. Snack: Make sure you snack all of the time! Don't make your body starve! Food is the medicine of life, and you give yourself the best natural medicine of all, if you eat regularly! Eat a lot too. I eat loads but of the right foods. Good food is a medicine! I might have some Mixed Walnuts and Goji Berries. Lunch: Salad with sliced beetroot. You need something red in your diet, but never meat, to care for your blood. Beetroot is very good for blood and is very good for just about everything! Include some Carbohydrate too, perhaps wholemeal bread, never white and tomatoes with some herbs. Tea: Sardines, Mixed vegetables, Organic Walnuts, Quinoa, A saltless curry power (curry is very good for your health), brocolli, mushrooms, Spinach and Chickpeas. This is just what I eat, but you do not have to have all of this! Fish is very important for your diet, and those less than a foot long in nature are best, such as sardines, because they are scavengers and not predators. Predators eat fish who have eaten fish. This results in accumulation of toxins. Small fish are the purest. You can have anything fish or which comes from a plant (nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruit), after this. The key to healthy living is the lack of manufacturing. Avoid anything with Ingridients; make everything yourself. I also snack on some homegrown Aloe Vera leaves after this, and try to avoid eating massive meals, after 7:00. The most important thing to remember is, eat a lot! Eat a lot of good fat! I eat a lot of nuts and seeds everyday! I don't have any problem with excess fat and i feel great! That which kills is not the fats in foods; these are natural plant compounds, it is the process of manufacturing and artificial ingridients; nature has not evolved for us to cope with these. Drink plenty of water, and, remember to run a lot too. Do this and you will love a long, happy life, and will never get ill. But as I said, this is just a sample of what I might eat. Provide variation and be creative with using herbs and spices! The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/paleodietplan As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHMYY The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Beautiful! You've covered all of the food groups! I'm proud of you kid! people your age eat loads of junk! It's so good to start eating healthy at a young age. Keep this up and you'll be healthy and fit for your whole life :] Just make sure you keep your breads/rice/pastas whole grain, eat more veggies, drink water, and make sure you get exercise daily.
