you don't sound too bad.....5'7" and 155....sounds healthy and womanly keep in mind we tend to loose weight from the top of our bodies down.... sounds like you may need to be more selective regarding your intake, cut the sweets, no snacks after dinner and more water and a veggies as a substitute filler
