Question: ok so im 15 girl i need to lose about 50 pounds i weight 200 right now will diet pills help me lose weight i run a 1/2 mile everyday and i play volleyball

You are so young. Dont take diet pills unless s doctor gives you the okay. Im not saying that because its the "right" thing to say, its just smarter to at least try to lose the weight without pills. You likely dont even need to run a lot, cut salts and sugars out of your diet and eat smaller portions. I lost 6 lbs last week by replacing my lunch with ramen noodles. Everyday.

if you try to lose weight fast your just going to gain more when you get back to normal. for instance i was just sick and didn't eat anything for 3 days. after i started eating again i gained back 4 extra pounds plus my normal weight.

You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results. Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan; Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea Snack: nuts or fruits Lunch: Salad Snack again Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad Good luck:)

Wake up early in morning,,say 4:00 am,,,drink lukewarm water(in winters)but in summers only take normal water(not refrigerated).fress urself ,,, now,after 1 hr. of drinking water ,,go the park and start jogging(slow running),,,,keep 1 day gap between jogging,,after 1 month fill this gap by doing regular exercise,,,in 2 months u will obtain a leen muscle mass,,,sleep early at night,,say 9:30-10:00 pm,,,

try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats

My advice since you're only 15 is -- do not eat any wheat products - no bread, pasta, cereal. Yes avoid sugar. You can eat healthy meals of meat (not breaded), vegetables, and make sure to include healthy fats, such as olive oil or avocado oil, for examples. You can make salad dressing with oil and vinegar. It's actually very tasty. I use apple cider vinegar and oil. Weight loss is mostly about what we are eating. It's not a good idea to starve ourselves. You can also do research online about weight loss to see what you come up with. I use the Ketogenic Diet. I used to use Atkins and i lost a good bit of weight doing that. However, there is one key to all of this -- we have to remember food is for ENERGY for our body not for entertainment. And once we lose the weight we really need to continue our healthy eating lifestyle. Of course, once in a while it's ok to have a treat -- but just once in a while. Another thing you might seriously consider is to stop staying you "can't". Because YOU CAN. If i can, you can. I lost over 80 lbs. And i have kept it off for several years.
