ok so im 15 girl i need to lose about 50 pounds i weight 200 right now will diet
pills help me lose weight i run a 1/2 mile everyday and i play volleyball

You are so young. Dont take diet pills unless s doctor gives you the okay. Im not saying that because its the "right" thing to say, its just smarter to at least try to lose the weight without pills.
You likely dont even need to run a lot, cut salts and sugars out of your diet and eat smaller portions. I lost 6 lbs last week by replacing my lunch with ramen noodles. Everyday.
Wake up early in morning,,say 4:00 am,,,drink lukewarm water(in winters)but in summers only take normal water(not refrigerated).fress urself ,,, now,after 1 hr. of drinking water ,,go the park and start jogging(slow running),,,,keep 1 day gap between jogging,,after 1 month fill this gap by doing regular exercise,,,in 2 months u will obtain a leen muscle mass,,,sleep early at night,,say 9:30-10:00 pm,,,
try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats
