I'm 14 years old , 135-140 pounds , and 5'3 . I need someone to please help me !!! Just make like a list of foods that can help u lose weight or that's healthy please !!! Im a little over weight and I'm sick of it !!

if ur eating out try to go to subway best healthiest fast food place or some kind of sub shop similar to subway. anyways fruits and veggies, yogurt, popcorn and/ or twizzlers are all good to snack on. fish baked potato, salads just don't go over board with dressing if u do like a lot go with a light or fat free type, cerals, soup are good meals to have. try dancing, running, yoga to burn off some calories. but really to me u don't sound overweight everyone is beautiful in their own way u don't have to look like a model.

peanut butter and jam sandwich
Porridge with bread mixed into it
Pine apple and papaya
Salmon in nori wrap
Pasta in meat sauce
any oily fish
I think that is plenty
for some more detail on super combinations that will rocket your weight
Actually, food helps you gain weight not lose it. So there really isn't a list of magical food that makes you lose weight. You have to count calories and exercise.

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process

eat breakfast there have been so many studies done that show that people who eat breakfast lose more weight

I have been on numerous diets but never have been able to stick to one for longer than two weeks. I lose about 3-4 lbs in the first week then when I lose nothing or only a pound teh next week I give up!!
However what I did about two mths ago is set up a chart / graph stating the weeks down the left hand side and five columns along the top marked "Bust", "Waist", "Hips", "pounds lost this week" and "total lost so far".
I pinned it on my fridge and am happy to say I have lost 13lbs. This method has really motivated me, I kind of followed the weight watchers method and have learnt about controlling food although I haven't been to a weight watchers class I just got the points calculator off ebay and some of the books.
What was interesting was that in that second week when I only lost a pound I still lost 1/2 an inch off my waist which is more important than what the scales say!
I also joined a gym. I am now a UK 8-10 and I am 5"6 and I weigh 9stone (not sure what that is in pounds!) I feel fabulous!!
Try it! It really worked for me (Oh god I sound like an advert for the latest celebrity fitness dvd!)
