I'm 15 and I wanna lose some weight I weigh like 125 maybe less i weighed yield the other day it said I was 122.2oz I might weigh more not and don't say I need to lose weight caus ei don't caus ei think my weight has to do with my breathing problem so what are good ways I lose weight or meds to lose weight?
