Question: they said it was copyright violation. Is there any way that I can repost with different wording so that it does not reflect LA weightloss but still be legal to sell? Can I just relist my auction but say Popular Diet Program Similar to blah blah blah? Or should I rename it something else?

You admit that your diet plan is "basically the LA Weight Loss Diet" so yes it is copyright violation. You need to customize it and make it truly your own. Then when you market it do not make any references to any other weight loss program. After all it is your program you are wanting to sell. Copying all or part of some other program is called plagiarism and could be also a copyright violation.

there is no such things as "good" weight loss pills. at least none that are healthy....ESPECIALLY dont buy them from ebay if thats your pleasure.....you cant rely on ebay just to save a few bucks

You are really just looking at a painful and drawn out way to empty your entire digestive tract. The lemon detox/master cleanse diet you are referring to is a calorie deficit program.
