well before i started on my plan i was 125lbs but now i weigh 132lbs.I go to the gym every alternate day.workout for around 2 to 2 and half hours eat less from what i use to i.e. I usually skip dinner as i have heard we tend to gain more if we eat late.I dont know where am doing wrong and its pretty discouraging for me because instead of loosing i am gaining.please help.i want my normal clothes to fit me.Last year i weigh just 115lbs now i am 132lbs please help

A rapid loss of weight is unhealthy for a dog.
What you to address is the reason why she gained the weight, perhaps an undiagnosed medical problem (hypothyroidism being one) or a fairly sedentary lifestyle and the pounds piled, on possibly also with treats and being fed more than she needed because she was not working off energy exercising twice daily.
Reducing the amount and temporarily changing to a light formula will help a healthy dog to lose weight gradually, though you will see more weight come off in the first few weeks and months, and then have to work harder to reach the healthy target weight that your vet advised should be the long term goal.
If she is fat, three 20/30 minutes daily exercise would benefit her, and split the amount of food she is given in a day feeding 2/3 in the morning and 1/3 in the evening.
Hydrotherapy is an excellent way to exercise an overweight dog and if you have a canine swimming pool or water treadmill, that type of exercise works a dog hard in 10 minutes while the body is supported in water.
I suggest you give yourself targets on the way to reach the ideal goal weight, for example a dog weighing 45 kg that should be 35kg, the first target would be 42kg, then under 40kg, 37kg and then 35kg.
Everyone in the household has to stick to the diet, as a few treats slipped in during the day add up as none are calorie free. If it helps put a photograph of your dog in the kitchen as she is now, weight her weekly or fortnightly and chart her progress underneath the photo. That may motivate everyone to stick to her diet and exercise plan to lose weight.
Yeah that happened to me too, I was hardly eating and exercising alot and just kept getting fatter, my only theory was that my body wasnt used to all the exercise and because I wasnt eating enough it went into starvation mode and just clung to all the fat..so anyway, I started eating more, like normal and healthy and stopped all the hard exercise and just started going for walks and the weight started coming off really quick, and still is, and I dont feel like I'm doing anything..so maybe I'm just a freak of nature, but it could have something to do with trying to hard and overdoing it? or not eating enough? So dont skip dinner, you can eat late but just make sure its not all carbs you know, like pasta etc

You should see a doctor and have FULL thyroid panal done. You may have a slow metabolism. Also, you may be gaining some muscle, have you checked to see if you've lost inches, not just pounds. Keep exercising, eat healthy, and don't skip meals, it tends to make your metabolism even slower. Good Luck.

You need to get yourself on a weightloss and workout program you can find programs that really work at http://www.geocities.com/tymes90 there are some great programs here that have been proven to work time and time again.

Its best that you start now..because you want to be ready for the summer and not wait while its summer to do it. Have fun instead and look good!!! I personally know because last summer i decided to exercise during the summer thinking it would be best for me, but when sunmer hit i just wanted to have fun and didn't want to be bother with exercising
