I am getting married in March, I am a pretty good sized girl, and can't stand to be in front of the camera. I also don't want to walk down the isle feeling like I am wearing a tent. I have never felt pretty. I want my wedding day to be special, and I want to be able to look at the pictures and not cringe. I have tried every diet known to man, and nothing seems to be working. I am drinking lots and lots of water, walking at least 3 mins a day, twice a day. I feel like I am hungry all the time, I have been doing all this for almost a year, and I still look like a cow. I pray that somebody out there may have some great tips or may have the same problem and can relate.

Fast isn't good you end up heavier than when you started.
Don't take any tablets, teas or berries that promise the earth and do nothing burt attack your bank balance.
I am sure you do not look like a cow. somebody loves you enough to want to marry you too.

Can't you get a friend or two to join you in dieting and exercising?
Pursue an activity you enjoy - walking, cycling, swimming etc.
If you enjoy it you are much more likely to stay with it.
Allow yourself a few treats too.

50 lbs in 2 weeks is dangerous Try to burn more calories than you take in and the weight should start disappearing at a safer rate.
Try exercising more, do about 1/2 and hour, 3 mins a day won't do anything sorry. Congrats on your marriage =)
Exercise is a hunger suppressant, it will be horrible for the first 3-5 days (and you need to actually do it everyday ) then it will get easier, you'll feel better, and happier (exercising causes your body to release the happy hormone endorphins =)
Water is a great substance, i drink to much of it, but it can cause water weight, which makes you weigh a bit more than you do. But don't stop drinking it, just keep it in mind.
I can relate to stubborn fat, i went to some stupid extremes (and developed bulimia) but seriously, the most effective way is the one everyone avoids EXERCISE!!
But it should be more that 3 mins, an hour a day would get you fast results. And remember, it's only horrible for a few days, then it becomes really enjoyable.
Listening to fast music also makes you exercise faster, thus more effectively, and can even make it quite enjoyable =)
People may advise you on a billion new diets which they claim as the only working one, but trust me, it's mainly lies hun.

Being more active and staying that way is one of the key strategies for long term success. Finding something you enjoy, and can fit into daily life helps ensure you keep it up. Walking suits many people (see below), but gardening, dancing, team sports, gym workouts, martial arts, any active hobby all count. Doing it with someone else boosts motivation too.

Don't get on the diet rollercoaster. Think of fitness and weight as a lifestyle choice. Any weight that is lost through "fast track" dieting is almost always gained back (plus some). Commit to a healthy diet, low in sugar, high in natural whole foods and plenty of water. Exercise at least 3-4 times per week, and do it for the joy of movement, not for the "I have to get to such-and-such weight". Mental and emotional balance about weight is important. If you are in a state of resistance, struggling to lose weight, trying to avoid eating this and that, fighting the pounds, that mindset in and of itself will create a battle you can't win. A flat stomach comes from several factors - one that many people don't talk about is posture. Holding it in and up as you sit and stand will train it into a flatter position. Never hunch or slouch forward. If you are watching TV, get an exercise ball and sit on that, rolling yourself backward several times to work your abs. In bed, laying flat on your back, place your hands on your lower belly, then left your head gently and lift one leg at a time, focusing on flattening your belly and feeling the muscles in your abdomen.
