Topic: lose weight in 3 days?
June 19, 2019 / By Tanzy Question:
I'm 5'3" and I weigh 120 pounds. I'm not satisfied with the way i look. I tend to gain weight in my thighs and I have a sweet 16 to go to this Saturday. So I was wondering, if I don't eat anything for 3 days and just drink water, how much weight will I lose?

These people aren't giving you the answer you want , so i will .
You could lose weight in that amount of time , by doing what you said - i've done it .
But , since its such a small period of time , you will probably lose 5 pounds only .
But it won't show much , sadly .
The only change you'll visibly see is a flat stomach , because you haven't put food in it to bloat it at all so your stomach will shrink .
You also may feel sick , just a heads up .
And if you feel faint , eat a stick of celery . It WON'T change the results , if anything it'll make them better - as celery has NEGATIVE CALORIES - you use more to digest it then it actually contains . :]
Have fun at the sweet 16 !
walk your lunch outside or to another location in the office instead of sitting and eating at your desk
girl please it is not that serious you better eat and accept your self the way you are and if u do want to lose weight then just work out slowly but surly nothing to crazy and drastic like what you talking about
oats are your friends eating a cup of oatmeal in the morning will prevent you from gorging in the afternoon
I don't mean to brag, but I am a pro at this stuff. Okay, well first of all you will not be losing fat, all you will lose is water weight. You're body will go into starvation mode, so the moment you do eat something, you will over indulge and end up putting on a lot more weight. Your body will take the food you finally do eat and store it all as fat, so it can protect itself, just incase you decide to repeat the diet. It is only physically possible for the human body to lose 1-2 lbs of actual fat in a week, if you lose more than that, then you are not losing fat. Eat very healthy and exercise, eat 5-6 small meals a day(May sound like a lot, but trust me, it isn't), because it will keep your metabolism and blood sugar elevated, and therefore you will lose more weight. Cut out 500 calories a day, and stick to a 1,200 cal diet. If you tend to snack late at night, then do not eat after 7pm and get to bed at a reasonable time, make sure to 7-8 hours of good sleep. Drink a lot of water, because it will flush out all the toxins out of your body, and you will lose even more weight. And also drink a glass of water right when you wake up. This well definitely work, if you are patient.

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT....there for we are all on a diet....
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package....
.....THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD.....
If man made it, don't eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD...
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........
Write down every thing you eat
take a multivitamin at night
