Question: I have been on the diet for two weeks mabey three and lost 14 pounds? Is this healthy? Do you know anyone that has lost alot of weight from this diet or has had problems on this diet?

there's no perfect plan - the best strategy is to eat healthfully and exercise. 14 pounds is too much - aim for 2lbs per week - research has shown it is safe and it leads to permanent loss. Many diets have you losing too quickly, which often causes people to yo-yo their weight. Ideally you should change your diet gradually by substituting unhealthy choices for healthier options. Before you know it you will be eating sensibly and you won't even miss the foods you craved.
