Question: i've been struggling with my weight for the past 5 years. i keep telling myself i'll lose it, and i'll manage to lose 20 lbs but i'll instantly gain it back. how can i find the motivation to just lose the weight for good?

Hi I was facing the same problem, I’ve tried a bunch of different thing like weight watches and Jenny’s but I didn’t have much luck and it was hard to follow so I stopped using them, My sister told me about a site so I checked it out, I really like it and the videos are great and easy to follow, best part is I’m already starting to lose some weight. You can even just try these by sitting and standing up again from a regular chair, if you’re finding them to be too difficult. As long as you’re able to do a few repetitions, you will be providing some benefit to your body. 8. Light Weight Lifting – No, you don’t need to go out and buy expensive weights for this! Just use whatever you can find in your house. Start out with something lighter, such as a can of peas, and work yourself up to heavier items. You can use milk jugs, laundry detergent bottles or even water jugs. 9. Dancing – Dancing is a wonderful exercise, which is great for your heart. Not only that, but it can lift your spirits as well, and give your overall feeling a boost. 10. Step Exercises – Using the steps in your home, you can do repetitions which will tone your leg muscles. (Just remember to be careful!)

You don't need motivation you need a change in lifestyle and the things you eat. Your diet should consists mainly of raw, fresh fruits and vegetables, clean water, a small amount of lean meat, and nuts. This is the type of diet our bodies were programmed for. When you eat sugary or processed foods (basically anything that comes in wrappers, bags, and boxes) your body cannot metabolize it correctly and the way your body burns and stores fat gets screwed up. So eat naturally, not necessarily less. Eat the right things and you will lose weight without effort. Also, the body was designed for exercise, so if you aren't, you have to. It's a genetic necessity. :)

I had problems with weight also. It revealed that my blood sugar level was very high, about 22. My doctor sent me to the hospital, and I got insulin. They said, I have type I. diabetes. After the hospital I decided, I will try out something else. I found a great doctor, who had the same “sugar trouble”. He said, everyone has a different level of insulin production. If you are overweight, eat less carbs first time (but really just little). Very little sugar, flour... It’s not so easy. I know, I tried. But, it’s a well-established strategy...

You need about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, which is why whey protein is recommended..With that diet you will not even have enough energy to even do your cardio regimen in the long-run. I would up your calories to at least 2k, and preferably 2.5-3k if you weight lift. Add some lean meats such as skinless chicken breast, tuna, turkey, and etc to your diet. Also you will have more benefits from green tea over black tea. Also do not neglect resistance training/weight lifting when losing weight. You may put on muscle weight, but you will boost your metabolism and lose body fat much more efficiently in the long run.
