500 calories is way too little, and your body will go into starvation mode and eat your muscle (your heart's also a muscle). I would take in at least 1200 calories (at very minimum. 1400's healthier), and if you run for an hour every day plus your metabolism (I'd guess around 1800 calories), you'd be burning 2800 calories, so that'd be a 1400 calorie deficit. 3500 calories=1 pound, so you'd lose 1 pound every 3 days and a little more than 2 pounds every week. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but it adds up. That's 8 pounds a month. Good luck!

Ingredients- Chickpea flour (1 cup) Sour curd (3 cups) Chopped onions (2 tbsp) Ginger (2 tbsp) Garlic (1 tbsp) Salt (according to your taste) Garam masala (according to your taste) Make a smooth whey of the curd. Mix the chickpea flour in the curd to make a smooth whey. Take a wok & put it on the stove. Put little oil in it. Add 1 tsp full of cumin & little fenugreek, till it starts spluttering. Then add chopped onions, ginger & garlic till they turn little golden brown. Now add salt, chilies, turmeric. Now add chickpea flour mix & put in the wok, half an hour, stirring it once in a while. Tip: Garam masala is an Indian spice. You can get it from Indian stores in your country.

Unfortunately the 'organic' stuff you buy.. There is no guarantee its organic. Just because they put a sticker on it and put the price up.. The only way you know you eat organic is if you grow your own vegetables ( raising your own animals would be pushing it unless you live on a farm) but yeah.. You don't know..
