i am on a liquid diet i dont eat i just drink cranberry juice milk and i ocasionally blend fruit with ice and i drink water all liquids how much weight can i loose in 2 weeks and yes i know its unhealthy i just need to know

Okay, now PLEASE DON'T get offended by what I'm about to say......the name of this diet sounds really awful and I in no way mean to offend you - but you should try this online diet called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet (also known as the "Lose 9 pounds in 11 days diet”). I told you it had a terrible name. Of course you're not an idiot! That's just the name of the diet.
I know some people who are losing a LOT of weight on it. You don't buy special supplements or special food, you choose the foods you like from a list on the website, then it creates an 11 day diet for you using only those foods you’ve chosen. You eat regular food, 4 meals a day...then get a 3 day period where you eat whatever you want....then the program creates a different 11 day diet for you. Then you just keep going until you've lost the weight you want.
My best friend got hers on Ebay for a really cheap price (like $5) - they are selling the diet memberships there, but my boss paid like $40 on the diet’s website. I’d do the Ebay thing if I were you. Here's the link:

Lets think in calories as thats the best way to estimate how many pounds u may lose. If u know how many calories u eat a day then u would multiple them by 4. Their are 3,500 calories in a pound and average recommendation for an average adult is 2000-2500 calories per day. Lets say u eat 2000 calories a day....thats 8000 calories u ahould expect to lose. Including a teenage metabolism id say u would lose 3-4 pounds minimum. With the workouts added you should lose around 6-8 but if u dont eat and u workout u could faint ir not be able to complete ur workout due tk lack of energy. So 8 pounds max loss
eat four meals with chopsticks instead of a fork slowing down can help you consume about 25 fewer calories per meal

Going on a 3 day juice or water fast is an excellent idea. Since it seems like you are a first timer I would suggest the juice fast since it is least intense and you will only feel a little light headed. A juice fast will help you lose anywhere from a 1/2 to 1 pound a day, but unless you continue to keep a low calorie diet the weight loss will not last.
