If you are looking to flush toxins out of your body then all you have to do is fast for 24 hours and drink 10 glasses of water throughout that time. That will wash out all toxins. No need for cayenne pepper, lol.

hey hun i didn't do the quick trim but i am on the 14 day acai berry cleanser an i have been using it since monday which will be 2 days an i am exercising an everything like 10 times a day SERIOUSLY an i don't see no difference but i do feel different like my stomach don't feel fat when i wake up the first day i was so scared to get out of bed cause when i was laying down my stomach did feel smaller but i didn't see any changes in the mirror also i use to have mega MEGA headaches ever since i started i Haven't had not one headache the pill actually helped me out i was going to do the quick trim but didn'tnt want to go online and purchase any meds. so i went to kmart and got the acai berry 14 day cleanser

Unless you permenantly change your eating habits to be more healthy, you will gain the weight back once you stop dieting. Don't waste your time and money on pills or fad diets that only work short term. Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods instead. Eat lots of different fresh fruits and veggies with each meal and as snacks instead of things like chips, cookies, crackers, bars, shakes, etc. Even supposedly healthy varieties and 100 calorie packs aren't as good for you, especially when losing weight. Do not have seconds. Drink just plain water.
