Unless you permenantly change your eating habits to be more healthy, you will gain the weight back once you stop dieting. Don't waste your time and money on pills or fad diets that only work short term.
Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods instead. Eat lots of different fresh fruits and veggies with each meal and as snacks instead of things like chips, cookies, crackers, bars, shakes, etc. Even supposedly healthy varieties and 100 calorie packs aren't as good for you, especially when losing weight. Do not have seconds. Drink just plain water.
