Question: I am 14 and weigh 130....I want to lose a few pounds. I am in High school and have a part time job so I don't have time to run or go to the gym. And I don't want to go anorexic. How can I lose a few pounds quickly and easily? I have time for a few quick exercises but not much. Foods you suggest eating that will help??

well thats how your weight actually should be.... but if u want to lose a few pounds and u dont want to go to a gym or anything....do you do any sports? i would suggest sports because if its a sport u really like it wont seem like a workout. but if u really want to lose weight, u have to make time for it and actally go to a gym. u just have to fit it in with your scedual. ( or however u spell it.) good luck, hope this helps :)

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
