I'm 14, 5'4", you'll probably tell me that I'm too young to worry about this. But it doesn't really look good on me. It only took me months to get 52 kgs, I thought I wouldn't get this fat. My belly's a little bloated for now, and my arms are a little fat too, and my face is like a ponkan, thinking that I have small eyes, small nose, and thick lips but small, it doesn't fit in my face so it doesn't really look good. I tried just eating cereal every morning, sandwich every lunch and dinner with 2 glasses of water in each meal but it still didn't work.
Any help of on how to make face thinner especially the body. And what should be the proper diet to do, and easy exercise to do.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

L – 2 slices of ham, 1 x 75ml natural yogurt

L – 2 Hard-boiled eggs, a slice of ham and salad with olive oil and lemon juice

The diet must be followed precisely if the effect is to be realized. The diet must be followed for 13 days – no more no less.
You must drink at least 2 liters of water per day, if you feel hungry drink water.
You must use of the lump of sugar with your coffee.
If you wish to eat a little extra, stop the diet immediately. Sweets and chewing gum are not permitted.
If you follow the diet for 13 days, you will lose all surplus body fat (7-10kgs). If you stop the diet after day 8, don’t start again for 6 months. If you stop before day 8 don’t start again for 3 months. After 13 days you can eat normally without picking up weight during the next year. It should only be repeated after 2 years.
Lunch and dinner can be exchanged on the same day. If an amount is not specified, this amount is unlimited.
