Honest, simple truth- don't use pills. If you use them and lose loads of weight really fast, you'll put it back on when you get off the pills because your lifestyle is the same. Trust me, in the long run, it's better to do it naturally. These products that are '100% natural'? They're the furthest thing from natural. Really, you want to be researching fast, effective, natural exercise regimes and use those regularly. Taking pills can really mess you up- these Internet blogs that have these amazing stories about 'I GOT RIPPED IN FOUR WEEKS!' don't. It's chemicals, chemicals aren't good for you.
Energy drinks meddle with your heartbeat. Don't use them. Just eat high energy foods and exercise regularly to boost your metabolic rate.
Au Natural. Don't use pills, you'll hurt yourself. It looks like hard work, but if you really wanted to lose weight and be the best you can be, you should be prepared to put hard work into it. The more you put in, the more you get out.
If anybody posts a link to Acai berry (or similar product) on this page, don't do it. They aren't 'well hidden celebrity secret diets'. They're Internet scams set up by small businesses that are selling legal drugs. Don't take them, it's like taking steroids if you're a bodybuilder. You'll get way more credit if you do it naturally.

I located the guide to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply worried that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I have been using lipo-6 for a while. (I used the version I attached in the link below. They have other versions that I haven't tried, and don't trust.) I think they have a good blend of ingredients

The good answer is to exercise and eat healthy. I know it's not what you want to hear, but it's really the best way. Healthy living will last you your entire life. Pills either don't work, are addictive and dangerous, or have awful side effects that absolutely suck. Do it the healthy way, and you'll thank me later.
