Question: i know life is about making the most of it because you never know what tommorow may bring, i know im stressing and worrying so much i try so hard with all my heart not to worry or stress about anything but it is so diffuclt. its like it will never go away from me. my head hurts so much because of tension headaches. im worrying for pointless reasons but im still worrying. please give me advice not to or how to stop because im praying to gods and hes the only one that makes me feel that there is nothing to worry about.

You could try a natural herbal remedy called Valerian. It is available over the counter at a herbalist shop and is for anxiety/stress and nervousness. You could also google a short piece called Desiderata. Best wishes. UK

It can be blockage in flow of VE. But can tell after exam only, (very less value for such answers). There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic. you worry too much. life isnt making the most out it but APPRECIATING WHAT YOU HAVE AND DO NOT TRY TO COMPETE WITH EVERYBODY. you dont have to get the best of everything. when you look around you will see that your life is far better thatn the others. what worries us sometimes is the burden we give ourselves. a good example is when buying a cup. we choose the good looking kinda expensive ones. but do these cups change the taste of the tea we pour in? do they make the taste better? - NO! our choices are the ones giving us stress. not getting what you want is a stress.

i'm sorry, i dont really know how u can change that. im sort of going through that too. its really not healthy. just try to shut out the negative thoughts and find a hobby to keep your mind off it. try speaking to someone also, that might help but it will have to be someone you can really trust. thats why i have this problem, i dont really have someone trustworthy to speak to....good luck to you

Thats really unhealthy!!! god, umm... u could c a doctor, or go 2 therapy, tok 2 come1 trustworthy, i have the same n it always turns out ok. just TOK 2 SOME1 TRUST ME IT HELPS!!!

If you are in pain when trying to go and can't, go to drug styore and pick up some exlax or any fast acting laxative, ask the druggist which are best for quick action. That is part of their job. Get cleaned out and start rating healthier.
