if you want to stop being fat you have to run and eat properly. you can't just take pills and pills are useless if your not going to run and eat properly. the real way to lose weight is from exercise and diet not pills. you just cant give up when you do it though which you will really want to but running at first is hard for everyone and it will be for a few months but it takes time. i was skinny and running was hard for me and so was working out but i went from 150 - 190 lbs and if you think that's easier then i'll tell you that my dad 6'5 was 292 lbs and went down to 244 lbs just from working out and diet and my mom lost 60 lbs from mostly proper diet and running and she doesn't even run really she doesn't have the time but because me and my sisters are so active but when she does she runs and sorry for calling you fat at the beginning but i just hate the term over weight you could be a body builder and be over the weight limit that doctors say the average people your height are.
best of luck with losing weight and i hope it all works out.

I dont know about protein shakes, but i have had good results with the weight loss pill proactol.
Some people say that they dont work, or that they are a quick fix, but i dont agree.
I lost at least 5 kilos the first week i used these pills, without exercising any more than normal.
I found this site on google that will give you good info on proactol. http://www.fastweightlosstoday.info/weight-loss-pill-reviews/proactol-product-review
If you are overweight, go to see your doctor and they will perhaps send you to see a dietician. Diet tablets dont work for everyone and as you are 15 years old I dont think you can take tablets. I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear but diet pills are rubbish, sorry.

Don't waste your money. Nothing over the counter works. If it did Oprah would be a size 2.
Join Weight Watchers. You'll lose weight more slowly, unless you work out too. It'll also teach you how to eat so you don't get fat again. Good luck.

psyllium and fiber supplements fill you up using all natural ingredients without caffeine or anything, so they don't change the way you feel. i would go for those. the others don't work anyway. i've tried hoodia and all that but it doesn't make a difference imo.

I totally understand your dilemma. I am a BUSY mom of two toddlers and NEVER have time to "work out" or maintain a healthy diet. But I can tell you that I have found an amazing diet pill. It is called Super Slim Pomegranate. I have lost 15 lbs in 2 /12 months. I highly recommend it. It is all natural too. So you don't have the caffeine affects either. I hope this helps.
