I love eating junk food, and I know it's bad so I want to start eating healthy from now on. What are some foods I have to cut out and what are some foods I have to start eating more? Also, what dooes one do when they get a sugar craving? BTW, I'm a vegetarian.
also,would eating healthy and running make me lose my stomach fat?
I don't mean starving myself, I mean a healthy diet, with balanced meals.
Basically, I want to look like this- I don't think she's anorexic.

In order to get rid of fat, you have to reduce your calories... which means eating less/better foods and/or exercising to get rid of calories.
You can eat fruits and vegetables of all kinds with whole wheat. Try to eat five servings of vegetables and fruit everyday.
If you stay away from packaged foods and only eat "real" food, you will lose weight pretty fast. So, no candy, high-sugar cereal, sugary granola bars/yogurts/chocolate/ice cream, potato chips or white breads.
Breakfast: low-fat, unsweetened yogurt with blueberries, an apple, and real whole wheat oatmeal, orange juice
Lunch: large salad with cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, olive oil dressing. low-fat cottage cheese or side of wheat bread
Snack: hard-boiled egg or apple or banana
Dinner: broccoli with salmon and whole wheat wild rice
Late snack: yogurt with raspberries
Then, you should do some simple ab crunches everyday which will tone you and do some sort of aerobics everyday. Just doing crunches won't rid you of belly fat, so eat healthy food and do aerobics, too.

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The only answer is eat right and exercise. There is no pill or magic wand that'll help stay away from them, eat 4 or 5 small meals thru out the day the only way to lose weight is to eat less cal than you expend. you don't want to eat untill your full, eat fruit for a snack.

hey i hav the same problem too, wat i do when im craving candy is substitute it with fruits, make fruit salads, eat them fresh. what u should eat more of is veggies nd fruits nd add in tofu cuz it helps u feel full. what ive been doing to try nd lose fat is do 50 sit ups a day nd 50 crunches.

Why dont you try a workout plan. something like p90x would be great. it really helps shed the punds quickly. Not for the faint of heart though as it can be very challenging. You WILL see results quickly though.
