Question: im looking for fast ways to lose wight naturally, I do not want to take any diet pills. I found a site http://www.fatlosshelpplan.blogspot.com that is good, but I want to lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks, I need to lose weight fast. Thanks

50 lbs in 2 weeks is dangerous Try to burn more calories than you take in and the weight should start disappearing at a safer rate.

Hi, this is the fastest and most effective way I know to lose weight. unless you got some type of miracle coming, thats not possible nor is it healthy!!! The most you should loose in 2 weeks is 5-6 pounds!!!!

hi the best way to lose weight naturally is to exersize join a new club also eat your regular meals but make sure you know whats going into it and chew your food more and you will begin to get fuller so when you are full you can stop

50 pounds in 2 weeks????? It can't be done naturally. Maybe lipo but that is never the way to go. 50 pounds would take about 30 weeks to lose if you did it correctly.

fat chance of that happening (sorry for the pun) it is neither realistic or safe or even possible or advisable to loose this much weight in such a short time this is around 4kg or something, eat sensible and regulary6 meals a day and exercise is the best thing to do, drink enough water chew gum drink green tea and plain black coffee. good luck

Keep doing all the things you are doing:) exercise ways anyway:) So all of your weight is muscle, thus saying we need to reduce your muscle to get you to lose weight. There are sown things we need to state before I tell you how. You are 13 and very short. You will grow and that weight will stay but you will get thinner as you grow, also don't stress about it too much ok? You are 13! You will be beautiful by 16! Anyway so the reason your muscles get so big and thick is bc when you cheer and lift weights it's putting extra weight on your muscles, thus making them get larger. To get them smaller you have to break down muscle proteins, you do this by running, straight running for about an hour and thirty minutes. Overall running for an hour and thirty minutes with breaks, but not too long of breaks. The reason it has to be so long is because when you run, the first thing your body breaks down is carbs, then after about thirty minutes it burns fat and when it gets to be an hour it starts burning muscle proteins! :D So I say stop weight lifting and continue cheer and volleyball, but do alot more running and you should see results within a few weeeks
