Question: so it started like this: myself and my parents were in the car,and my dad had to break really suddenly and the seatbelt locked(as it does) and it pressed really hard against my chest, and i got a really bad pain after it. that was on tuesday(i dont know if it has anything to do with this prob) when we went shopping, whenever i coughed or moved suddenly,i got a really bad pain around my bottom few ribs on my right hand side, but i couldnt remember if i had that pain on monday night or not. so i just kinda ignored it but it didnt go away. On wednesday evening,i got shooting pains up and down my breast bone and around my ribs, and also down a bit of my spine and i couldnt really breathe. again,i ignored it. yesterday i was doing my irish exam and i got the pains again, and i couldnt breathe, and i got a bit teary because i was in so much pain. yesterday evening,i was still in alot of pain when i moved and when i breathed my mom gave me these tablets that make you feel better if you are bloated but they didnt work at all,and i had a few of them. today,i still had really bad pains and i got a TERRIBLE pain in my bottom few ribs on my right hand side and i couldnt breatht for a while, and now its still really painful to breathe, and kinda hard to breathe. whenever i touch my ribs or my breast bone its really sensitive and it really really hurts. i dunno whats wrong, and im kinda worried. anyone have any ideas?? any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks and im kinda sick @ the mo also,i have a cough, sore throat, and kinda a hoarse voice, maybe its just a chest infection?? because i hope its nothing too serious... but the bad thing thing is that if i DO get an antibiotic, ill have to stop taking my other medication for juvenile arthritis....and some doctors dont tend to listen to me.....=( but the bad thing thing is that if i DO get an antibiotic, ill have to stop taking my other medication for juvenile arthritis....and some doctors dont tend to listen to me.....=(

I never told anyone this before because I don't have a lot of faith in MD's but you need to go have it check out to find out if this is serious. the only think I can suggest is for you to take some organic unrefined vergin coconut oil. it is good for everything but if you have develope an infection, that might not help you. but you should take it after the infection is gone, also some nutrition juice. mangosteen is good so is noni and tunguska blast. good luck.

Have you had your thyroid tested? You need testing for ANTIBODIES as well as TSH. TSH ‘norm’ should be .3 – 3 (w/ most feeling best at < 2) but would not matter if ANTIBODIES are present. Indicative of Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Thyroiditis…main cause of HypOthyroid & is worse (...OR Graves Disease - HypERthyroid). WARNING: Doctors seem not to want to find/treat thyroid disease. You may have to go to more than one doctor before you get the right tests, interpretation, and treatment. Best wishes. Sounds like you got hurt from the seat belt and on top of that have a viral infection. Your very best bet is to have a real doctor see you, listen to you and make sure you are going to be just fine. Go... Chest pain no matter your age should never be put off -

I would not wait a few days, You could have bruised or cracked your ribs in the stopping when the belt hit your chest. This could cause a blood clot to form. Doctor! NOW!

its probably just a chest infection...u should go to your doctor and get antibiotics as if it is a chest infection it could develop in2 something like bronchitis.....you also might have bruised your ribs or something...x

Get checked for endometriosis. It's NOT an STD. I have it, and one of the main symptons is painful sex. The most common symptoms of Endometriosis are: Pain before and during periods Pain with intercourse General, chronic pelvic pain throughout the month Low back pain Heavy and/or irregular periods Painful bowel movements, especially during menstruation Painful urination during menstruation Fatigue Infertility Diarrhoea or constipation Other symptoms which are common with Endometriosis include: Headaches Low grade fevers Depression Hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar) Anxiety Susceptibility to infections, allergies In the later stages of Endometriosis, adhesions usually develop in the pelvic cavity, which are caused by untreated cysts, which can ‘glue’ pelvic organs together. These adhesions will seriously interfere with normal functions of organs in the pelvis, causing bowel obstructions, digestive problems, infertility, urinary problems, agonizing pains when the adhesions are pulled, mobility problems. As Endometriosis develops a woman’s immune system becomes more and more impaired and this leads to further health problems. Due to increased research, as well as surveys of Endometriosis patients, it is now becoming clear that women with the disease are susceptible to other serious health problems including: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (100 times more common in women with endometriosis) ME Hypothyroidism - under-active Thyroid gland (7 times more common in women with endometriosis) Fibromyalgia Rheumatoid arthritis
