Ok so I am a little bit under weight, however I have constipation issues and need to take laxatives. I was wondering if taking laxatives will cause me to loose more weight and become even more under weight?
P.S. My goal is to not loose more weight, but I have to take these laxatives. Please do not tell me that I am being unhealthy because I am doing this to help my constipation. I just want to know if these laxatives will make me loose weight so I can develop a plan to help myself get my weight on track.

No because you will be just poohing out the poo faster but not losing any fat or weight.
I've been using laxatives for the last couple of years every day and have stopped because it makes your body lazy and messes up your system when abused. Meaning that you are forcing your body to work and your body will just depend on laxatives not as an addiction but out of lazyness.
Avoid them and take up jogging or fast walking.
EDIT: Eat prunes or plums they work wonders for constipation and don't mess up your body.

Because they don't make you lose weight except for the fecal matter in your colon and that will be replaced in a day or two, it's not much weight anyway, and it's not going to improve your appearance. What that leads to is more laxatives to lose that same weight over again and again. Laxative abuse leads to a "lazy" colon which will not process chyme properly and you can end up with a host of maladies such as IBS, spastic colitis, chronic diarrhea, and other painful and serious conditions of the colon.
If you've considered it, you should consider talking to your parents or school nurse or doctor about your problem. If you have EDNOS, you will need help because you won't be able to trust your own mind...your own judgement. Seek help if you're underweight. Your health depends on it.

dump the junk food if you want to avoid temptation make sure you clean out the fridge and the pantry

Yes and in one of the least healthy ways possible. Nothing like trashing your digestive system to lose a few pounds.

add red pepper flakes to your pantry when eaten early in the day red pepper lowers the amount of food youll eat later
