Question: Which diet is better, Low fat,Low calorie or Low Carb? and why? I have been working on exercise but I need to go on a diet with it, I am over 200 pounds and I should be around 145 with my bone size and height. Tips anyone?

A mixture of all 3 of them is the best. Healthy eating and exercise for the rest of your life. I have been dieting on and off for over 30 years and lost and regained weight but last year I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic diet controlled and have to keep to a healthy diet and exercise and I have lost 14lbs. Low calories diets only work short term as your body goes into starvation mode if you deprive it of enough calories and when you start eating a higher amount of calories your body stores it as fat in case you starve it again. Low Fat, it is always good to cut down on the fat but our body needs a certain amount of fat to survive Low Carbs, is good only for short term diets but again our body needs a certain amount of carbs to survive as carbs is the first thing our body will burn to give us energy. It is best to lose a small amount of weight per week, 2-3lbs and it will stay off but exercise is more important than calories as the exercise makes our body work harder. As I said I am now type 2 diabetic and I have read every diet sheet available on the internet and the diabetic diet is a good one and healthy but not starving yourself. They also recommend the GI Diet for diabetics. Good Luck.

try eating a high fiber cereal for breakfast (use almond milk, or even soy if you prefer) fruits and veggies are good, some have more fiber than others so choose those lots of water tea, or any hot drink really, can help too

when you eat calorie friendly fruits and vegetables that are in season they tend to taste better and you re more likely to enjoy them

You will have to no longer free weight at the same time pregnant. Eat healthful, fruit and vegetables are pleasant plus milk and protein. Eating Cole slaw as soon as and a at the same time is quality :) Take a prenatal diet, folic acid, calcium, and DHA. Always speak on your physician approximately your nutrition, in the event you devour healthful you're going to no longer acquire an excessive amount of weight, don't forget that your little one demands meals!

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

go low gi diet, don't cut out carbs just go low gi carbs, carbs raise blood sugar, blood sugar activates insulin release, insulin stores fat, you do eat a bloody lot of food but this is the easy way to reduce that i know of. lose the rice and replace it with barley and oats you need to add nuts and where are the veges and fruit, eat as many veges and fruit as you can and lose some meat and where the hell do you buy tilapea? in australia it is a pest and even though it is killing our natural aquatic ecosystem, if we are caught with it in an esky we get fined for having an illegal fish even though they know it has to be killed, some laws are so stupid, anyway you need to stop thinking carbo-load protein building foods and totally pig out on every fruit and veg you can get, cut back some protein and go low gi, this will bring you back in balance.good health
