Topic: Are there any teenager-safe herbal weight loss pills? Preferably all natural ones?
December 11, 2019 / By Silvia Question:
I'm 14 and I'm looking to lose about 25-30 pounds. I'm currently 135lbs and I'm around 5ft 4in. I don't like to take medicine much (I just don't like all kinds of chemicals inside of my body, altering it and all), so the more natural the pills are, the better. Plus, have you used them? Did they work for you? What was your exercise and eating routine? If you have any other things that you think would work as well or even better, please share. Thank you!

Here is my suggestion. I have lost 19 kg. from 96 kg to 77 kg now, in less than three monts. Most of all, I feel more healthier and stronger than ever by the active components of the herbs. My diet is more green leaves, vegetables, fruits, less milk and sugar. Then I also added more Garlic and Ginger in my diet. Also I prepared this capsules to work as supplements. One part (100g) of Cummin seeds soaked in a two parts (200ml) of lemon jiuce, and let it dry in sun light. When well dried using the blender I made powder and made 500mg capsules. I took them before food twice a day two capsules. Thats it. I tried this as part of my study in 2003. Since than I am still using and recommending it to my friends.
Try it. Good luck.

Taking pills is risky and could hurt you. Stick to exericse and healthy eating. Whole foods such as fruit, vegetables (especially leafy greens), whole grains (oatmeal, brown rice) and legumes (beans, peas, lentils) and if you drink milk use soy, almond or rice milk. When you eat nutrient dense whole foods your body is nourished and satisfied, stopping constant food cravings.
To get rid of belly fat, avoid saturated fat (animal products) and refined carbohydrates (white flour products, sugar) as these are empty calories.
Pilates or yogalates is the best way to strengthen your core. Walk fast at least 30 minutes every day.
