Tell me some easy ways to gain weight. Please, no comments like "just eat fast food everyday". I want some advice like certain food that can slow down your metabolism or certain supplements I can take.
I successfully gained weight when I drank protein shake every night before I go to bed. However, I do not want to do this every day as it could be harmful to my liver.

Eat calorie dense but nutritional foods. This is a perfect opportunity to give your body some really good nutrients.
You cant slow down your metabolism, nor can you speed it up. Youre lucky to have a fast metabolism! Mines too slow and I dont know why =l
A list of nutrient dense and calorie dense foods:
- Nuts (Handful 30g 160 cals)
- Seeds (tbsp 80 calories)
- Dried fruits (30g up to 100 calories)
- Dense grained bread (Up to 300 calories a slice )
- Full fat yoghurt (A cup is about 200 - 300)
- Full fat milk (180 calories per 250mL glass)
- Unsatured oil like olive oil, rapeseed oil (45 calories per teaspoon... stay away from cotton seed oil, coconut oil and palm oil)
Yeah. Theres heaps more but just look at nutritional labels.
Baked beans are really dense in calories. Well I think anyway. A big can of it is 450 calories!
Protein isnt the best source of calories (4 calories per gram)
Fat is the most dense kind of food coming in at 9 calories per gram. Dont have a high fat diet though. And incorporate good fats not bad into your diet.
Also just eat healthy stuff like whole grain pasta , breads & rice, lots of meat, plenty of dairy products and a lot of veggies and fruits. &Cereal products.
Make sure to cook meals in healthy oil and use healthy oils (the olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil etc) in salad dressings.

brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain
weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any
place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a
day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and
hair as well.
OK, I was skinny too. My senior year I weighed 140 lbs. I joined the Military and gained 15 lbs in bootcamp. I also grew 2 inches from 18-21. I weigh 202lbs now and Im 41yo. In the last 8 weeks i went from 182 to 202 that's 20 lbs. I have been training really hard and grown quite a bit just from exercise. Core exercises mainly squats, bench press, clean and press and shoulder press 6-10 reps nothing over that. Protein shakes and a healthy diet, well balanced 6 smaller meals is best.

The protien shake before bed is probably fine. Eating anything before bedtime will likely make you gain weight as it is most likely to be stored as fat. Drink one of the ballanced ones thats 30-30-40 or something like that, or zone, or Ballance bars before bed.

I don't know about gaining weight. But to gain muscle you should eat a lot of figs. This will enable you to gain weight. It's also very healthy.

Like a fat person, It's a rap, as we say here in Hollywood. I am 6'-2" in high school I was 126 lbs............I'm in my 40's now and I'm 155 lbs, Nothing makes me fat no matter what and how much I eat.....

Look for things with fiber and starch... Oils are a good choice, too.
But why would you want to gain weight?

its not going to harm your liver. you need to take in a lot (i mean 300g or more) to damage your liver. and i think its your kidneys, but again, not an issue.

wow i wish i could trade places with you.......i seem to gain wt even when i dont eat.
well take some hi-calorie food like nuts/dry fruits/mayonis/full eggs/creams/full cream milk/carbs.
