This is tough to do. Try lots of cardio (running, biking, sprinting) and eat lots of vegetables and protein (lean meat) and stay away from bread, pasta and rice. This will be mainly water weight and you will gain it back after your weigh in when you start eating regular again. Warning: Don't do this for long term weigh loss and this may leave you feeling tired during your match, so make sure to eat after weighing in.
