Question: I just bought a bottle of hydroxcut tablets and was wondering if they really work. I had a knee injury that made me inactive for a awhile and during that time i put on a few pounds. Now I'm trying to get back to normal and have been playin sports and stuff. I'm really comitted to getting back into shape and was hoping hydroxycut would help.

Short answer: No. Return the bottle before you open it. Hydroxycut is basically just green tea and caffeine and a few other things that they don't want to list. There are many inexpensive alternatives, most users report weight gain instead of weight loss, the reports of bad reactions to it are pretty alarming, and studies show that it's only effective with a regular diet and exercise routine (which basically means it doesn't do anything right there). A little physical therapy for your knee and then a regular exercise routine would be your best bet.

When I was in high school I gained a lot of weight around my sophomore year and tried so many different diets. After nothing working, I went on hydroxycut. It helped me lose the weight and keep it off. I have tried other dieting pills and suppliments, but that was the only one that worked for me. I suppose every body is different but I can vouche for Hydroxycut in that if you're doing the work and taking the pills properly, they will help you lose the weight. If you're not trying to lose that much weight, diet and exercise alone is enough. But since you're trying to lose 30 lbs I would reccomend something like Hydroxycut to help you do that. The only thing about taking it is that you have to take the pills with food and you must drink a lot of water throughout the day... otherwise it can have negative side effects. One thing I did notice with me is I would get jittery and sometimes light headed. But then again I was very young and not that heavy. Just be careful when taking dieting pills... use them only as directed. Good luck.

doubt it. As for the exercise/ low calorie and carb diet, well for sure exercise does, I think the diet helps too.

Do your research on it. I'm a bit eerie on those. I prefer natural remedies.To me, I don't think they work but then again...many claim they do. You still have to eat healthy & minimize processed food.
