I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Breast feeding is the ONLY way your baby will get the immune support for life. This will help you as well. It will not cause sagging breasts. The first liquid that is generated at the breast is called colostrum. It is very important that the baby receive this. It contains many protections that nature provides to keep the baby well. You should breast feed the baby for at least one year to give the baby the best nutrition it can get. This will help the baby to avoid many allergies and illnesses.
You need to make sure you are eating the right foods as well. In fact, if you breast feed, it will greatly help you to lose the weight you've gained in pregnancy, as well.
The formulas designed for babies contain lots of chemical activators they choose to call vitamins. In fact these chemicals are only single elements of nutrient complexes that are lacking in cofactors. They actually damage the DNA. Soy formulas are really bad for babies. If you use tap water to make the formulas, chances are the water contains Fluoride that can greatly damage all babies under 6 months old. Never, ever give the baby fluoridated water or any fluoride treatments.
When you say, you are "fine" from not breast feeding, I'm sure you suffered many colds, flu, allergies, etc. from not breast feeding that you just were not aware of.
It's very important that you get the proper fats into your body as well. Don't go on a Low Fat, High Carb diet the so called "food experts" tell you to do. They are just "hired guns" of the food industry marketing scheme to promote their garbage. Get the book called, "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, pH.D. and read it cover to cover. It will give you a great incite into what is good for you.
Baggy clothes hide one's body and encourage lounging around. So even if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to help keep you on track.

My bottle of "Hoodia 911" says----
Warning: If you are pregnant or nursing do not use without consulting a physician.
I have read a lot about it and I would be afraid to take it. I would not take any chances that it could harm my baby.

Breast milk is the best thing for your baby so the fact you want to only use breast milk is amazing! :) Most of the benefits of breastfeeding are to do with the milks benefits to baby such as a reduced risk of asthma and constipation, there are also benefits to you such as the reduced risk of ovarian and breast cancer and this comes from the feeding of baby whether it be baby feeding at the breast or the same simulated effect that expressing has. The benefits of feeding baby at the breast are bonding between you and baby, and the baby's saliva sending a chemical message to your body causing milk perfectly tailored to your baby and its stage of life. Ultimately it's up to you how you chose to feed your baby and as long as baby is being fed then you're doing a good job! If you don't want t feed baby at the breast for whatever reason then expressing is the next best thing and baby and you will still be getting so many benefits! Good luck with everything.
