Question: I eat healthy. No fast food, occasionally some snacks and take out, not too often though. No soda (maybe steal a sip if needed, same with coffee.) I don't like sweets so that's not a problem. I just want some healthy lunches, snacks and breakfasts. (I am deathly allergic to strawberry and kiwi.)

Sounds like you are already on a good eating path. Here are are few of my favorite foods and eating well tips! I focus on eating 4-6 small meals/day and try to include fiber and protein as part of each meal and snack. Typical day for me: Breakfast Smoothie (Basic recipe) -Yoplait Greek Plain (17 grams protein per 6 oz. and is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D) -Frozen fruit (I like blueberries, mango, cranberries) -small amount fruit juice -ground flax seed (fiber and omega-3's) Then I will have either a hardboiled egg or handful walnuts to round out the meal Snacks (I have about 2/day) here are some choices: 1. Cottage cheese and triscut crackers (very filling) 2. Hummus and celery/jicama sticks 3. Brown rice, veggies, tofu chopped up sprinkle with soy sauce or miso 4. Hard boiled egg and apple 5. Apple slices dipped in small amount of peanut butter 6. Larabars (many yummy flavors) 7. Trail mix made with: whole grain cereal, nuts, dried fruit Dinner and lunch are typically salads with lean meat grilled. I also enjoy making soups, which can be nutritious and filling. If you like mangos you could make like a strawberry mango smoothie or you could make a berry smoothie with all the berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) Other ideas would be: Pineapple Mango Smoothie Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie Coconut Pineapple Smoothie Strawberry Banana Smoothie. If you don't like veggies much you could always try to blend up some veggies and try to make a juice out of it. For a healthy snack, you could have some carrots with party dip (the mix with sour cream mixed in with it). If you eat 1/8 an ounce of carrots (about 15-20 carrots), with 1/2 tablespoon of the dip, you'll only consume about 16 calories. For a healthy breakfast, try a piece of whole grain toast, lightly buttered. This will only be about 110-150 calories, which is a good sized breakfast. For a healthy lunch, you could try a peanut butter and jelly (light on the jelly) sandwich on whole grain bread. The peanut butter gives you good protein and the jelly just adds some flavor. This will add 300-500 calories to your diet, depending on the calories of the things you use. Another healthy snack/breakfast would be an 80 calorie Dannon Light-And-Fit yogurt. They come in many different, delicious flavors that do not have strawberry or kiwi in them. Regardless, make sure you are getting at least 1200 calories a day and are getting some meat in you, because they are a really good source of iron. If your worried about Vitamin C, you could have some Welch's fruit snacks. They only have 80 calories and give you 100% of your daily vitamin C.

You know what I do, for lunch I usually pack whole wheat toast with peanut butter on it and It tastes great. I also get an apple and water. here is the basis of my lunch Whole Wheat toast with Peanut Butter Apple Water String cheese Yogurt Whole wheat sandwich
