You don't have to go without food to lose weight. You do have to eat correct portions and the right things. Stay away from all the white stuff...flour, rice, sugar, milk, and mainly potatoes. Also stop drinking any kind of soda. If you eat the right amount of the right things, you will eventually be the right size. Your plate should look like 1/2 salad with the right dressing and only a little of it, 1/4 veggies...without all the butter and goo, and 1/4 a correct portions of meat...small, palm sized without a lot of fat. No dessert. Drink lots of water and start exercising correctly. My nephew jogged off a lot of weight and he still jogs to this day to keep his weight down. He was a large football player but wanted to be faster so he could get into college ball. So he jogged every day and his weight came off. He was a great looking kids and the incentive to keep it off is that the girls started falling all over him. He is still slim...maybe a bit too slim...but very cute. Find what works for you but you have to eat less, eat the right things, eat portions and exercise. Join a gym if you can and work at religiously. You don't need pills to lose weight, just effort. Good luck with it. And once you lose the weight, don't try to change what you've been doing and go back to your old ways because it will come back on and you will need to do it again. If you fall off the wagon...and we all do...just get back on it but try not to fall off too often. Good luck. Be prepared for a fight and be prepared to change your lifestyle. It will seem awful at first and then one day you will order an old favorite and you will wish you hadn't. It will no longer taste as good as it did and you will crave the veggies and lean stuff. Trust me....been there.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

at the age of 15, i would be careful trying to lose weight as you are still in the growing period. dont keep your main goal as losing weight, have short time goals and keep the weight loss goal for later. be more active at school and out of school, join a gym, try not to lift heavy or ask for professional help and diet is a big factor. by changing your diet you see major results.

not without exercise and diet...you don't need pills, just change what you eat...eat about 1000 calories a day and make sure you do atleast 30 minutes of activity a day (this can be walking, running, dancing, whatever you want to do as long as you are in constant motion and keeping your heart rate above normal for 30 minutes)

Coconut oil is very good for weight loss and has many other health benefits as well.
Coconut oil for weight loss is the best fat to choose, due to the plethora of healthy medium chain saturated fatty acids (MCSFAs) that boost metabolism for immediate energy. As a bonus, the MCSFAs in coconut oil don’t end up as stored body fat like longer chain fatty acids sometimes can.
Countries that consume high amounts of coconut and coconut oil in their diets such as the Philippines, India, and the Pacific Islands have significantly fewer cases of heart disease and obesity clearly disproving any agenda driven smear campaign against this marvelously healthy oil.
Supermodels are already onto the coconut oil for weight loss secret.
Coconut oil for weight loss is better than olive oil.
Olive oil in particular should be limited or avoided entirely by those wishing to lose weight.
This is surprising to many people as olive oil is typically the first “healthy oil” that they think of due to heavy promotion of this Mediterranean oil by conventional doctors and nutritionists.
In fact, a 1994 study published in The Lancet noted that the fatty acid most predominantly found in body fat was monounsaturated fat like that found in high amounts in olive oil.
Could this be why people in Mediterranean countries so often gain weight at middle age?
When choosing a fat to speed up weight loss then, limit the use of olive oil and other predominantly monounsaturated fats like peanut oil. Coconut oil for weight loss is the far better choice.
To try coconut oil for weight loss start by adding 1 teaspoon per day to your diet and gradually work your way up to 4 teaspoons per day.
