Get on the treadmill, elliptical, trampoline, take a kickboxing class, whatever suits you best, just make sure you're getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat! I also recommend supplementing your cardio workouts with weight training 3 times a week to gain lean muscle. Lean muscle boosts your metabolism, making it easier to lose weight in general. 3. Drink lots and lots of water! Staying well-hydrated keeps your system flushed and your metabolism going. 4. Allow yourself a small indulgence once a week. Follow a military style routine (and stick with it) it will allow you to lose practically all of your body fat. down to 2.7% in 2 weeks and 1.2% over three weeks. but keep in mind it is an extremely difficult routine designed for quick gain/loss of the following: strength, endurance, and body weight (fat) loss in less than 20 days, the rest of the routine involves just as many workouts, and weapons classes, but for your needs you wont need that. For this style of routine you may need to eat MORE than 2000 calories to provide the body with just enough nutrients to keep yourself going. As for foods, no one can lose that much weight in so little time no matter what you eat! Even the Nazi concentration camps prisoners that were literally fed nothing were not able to lose that much weight in 2 weeks. Food alone wont do for your needs. If you tried it, a negative effect would result because your body would go into survival mode, meaning everything you eat would be stared as fat! So excersise is a necessity. Now that all the talk is done, here's the routine! DAY: 1. CHEST 2. BACK 3. LEGS 4. CHEST 5. BACK 6. LEGS Repeat When you do legs you need to do 4 sets of 20 of every exercise. Legs can endure much more than the upper body and there is much more required. Formula For this is: Legs = Squat, leg curls, leg extensions, Leg Press, calf raises, and what ever else you see people doing in the gym that doesn't appear to be Dangerous. Now only do this workout if things like Running, road marching, and PT tests wear you out and you barely meet minimum requirements. This is why I started working out. I found workouts like this in workout/diet magazines and other people that have been in the military for a long period of time. My Accomplishments after working out like this until 1992 was: *PT Score was 296-300 average every time. *EIB Roadmarch 2 Hours. 5 Minutes. 1st place out of 500 soldiers. *Chosen to represent my Battalion in the Biathlon Competition. Ran 18 miles that day with a broken foot that I tripped over while looking at the map while I was running. Lost my watch and still came in 20 minutes early. *Represented my Company in the Battalion obstacle Coarse. 1st place. *1 of 5 men in battalion chosen to be one of the Battalion Scout Snipers. If you want to lose weight (a lot of weight) in a 2 weeks, this is the way to do it! Remember, the armed services have had 200 years of trial and error to get it right. That's a long time to perfect a workout and diet routine!

You can't you just can't. The only way is by literally starving yourself which will end you up in the hospital, gaining all the weight you lost and MORE. Think about it, losing 20lbs in two weeks would be losing 10 pounds in one week, 7 days, that would be like losing 1 pound half or so a day which is impossible, and a pound is 3500 calories. So even if you do starve yourself you wouldnt be able to do it. I saw your other question, you are a bit chubby but its nothing bad, the most weight you can lose and keep of healthily is 2lbs per week, with proper diet and exercise, Im sorry i understand where your coming from but its not possible. Maybe in 2-3 months you can lose that much, which really isnt that long! :) goodluck

take out meats eat lots of vegetables and run run run. Burn off any calories you get and exercise and as long as you eat your metabolism won't screw up all those diets that's exactly what you do they mess up your metabolism and then once you start eating normally again you gain all the weight back.
