Question: I am in a bet with my friends to lose as much wieght in two weeks. What are some good mehtods to lose the wieght as fast as possible while still staying healthy?

1) Eat fiber. Foods that are rich in fiber digestion and allows better functioning of your digestive system. Also, it will help you make the long break between meals. Foods that are rich in fiber, fruits and vegetables. Try to eat several times a day. Instead what you eat chips or chocolate, take an apple or a pear. This will help you to quickly burn fat. 2) Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise is an essential element of any dietary program. It will not only help you lose weight, but requires indefinite body. Women should work with lighter weights, at least 2 or 3 times a week. How to get muscle mass, men are supposed to do with some extra weights. Combine work with weights and fitness training such as running or aerobics. Make sure you have the proper clothes. How to lose weight the old clothes will become high, and motivational effect on you and your desire for training. 3) Take a measurement. When you have a stated goal how many pounds you want to download, you need to keep track of the number of downloaded pounds. It is measured at least once a week. Take one day a week on which you will measure and record the results in the calendar. Buy the scale that you can read easily. Put the same things each time you measure. 4) Find other / friend with whom / which you keep a diet. This will help you to maintain your motivation. alot of cardio..20 mins morn 20 mins night...eat little snacks a day nuts raisins..eat alot of soup fills you fast..balance your fruit and veges and alot of water..no dairy

simple..go on a vegetable soup diet & avoid eating rice as much as you can.Drink plenty of water as well.Trust me it works..i lost 2.6kg in 6days.no kidding....gd luck!

Okay, it's really great that you like to run, because that is one of the best forms of exercise you can do because it is cardio and: 1) burns off your stored fat 2) "reveals" your muscles by losing this fat. 3) as well as defines, tones, and strengthens muscles. So, I would suggest that you run as much/can a day. If that doesn't seem to work out too well, try going to the gym and getting on the elliptical. It is a little less strenuous on your knees and hips, but still really great! If you like jumping on your trampoline, you probably wouldn't mind jump roping which is also very beneficiail to your health and losing weight. As far as food goes, I would cut down on fat intake, increase your protein intake (especially if you are going to be doing cardio exercise and building you muscles; protein is vital to build muscles) and drink lots of water. TONS of water. And, when you have the urge to indulge in bad foods, or snack, just drink some water or low calories drinks to help fill your stomach and you will find that it does wonders. Also, try cutting your calorie intake by about 500 calories a day. If you do these things, you will (depending on your weight) lose 1-3-pounds a week. This is a healthy way to lose the weight, and sorry to say, but there is really no EASY way to lose weight fast. Lots of work involved. Good luck and I hope I helped.
