So I am a 25yr old woman. I have struggled with weight my whole life. Normal diets don't work for me I have to basically stave myself like 500 cal or less to see any results. I hate starving. I want to eat pizza, pasta, burgers all the good stuff. Should I starve and get skinny or should I just say f-it and eat what I want and be fat? Ill attach a pic of me. Thank you

Depends what you want in life? Do you want to do what's easy and not change, or take on a challenge and feel better about yourself? You can get skinny without starvation. Try a low-carb diet (I do low carb, high fat or LCHF). Versions include keto (very low carb) or paleo (no dairy, more fruit). Cut out all grains and sugar and processed food. But you can still have pizza! I make my own base, called Fat Head. It's super easy, seriously delicious, and very filling. It's popular among the LCHF community and is featured in many blogs, websites, and online support forums (eg on facebook). I make my pasta using zucchini and a veggie twister. It doesn't make me bloat whereas regular pasta does. I eat a lot of eggs, butter, cream, cheese, and meat with the fat attached. I don't gain weight (until I eat something carby...) and my heart is just fine. Also, I'm your age, and before I went LCHF (2-3 yrs ago) I had frequent headaches and vertigo and suffered from chronic fatigue. That's all gone now, along with my insatiable appetite.

"Should I starve and get skinny or eat what I want and be over weight?" - Neither. You should adopt a healthy lifestyle of 80% or more good, healthy foods, and the rest can be a moderate amount of those junk type foods you enjoy.
In addition to eating right, plenty of healthy exercise will help you be more fit and lose or maintain your weight.
"I have to basically stave myself like 500 cal or less to see any results" - Then you're not doing it right. Cut as much processed food out of your diet as possible Eat healthy. No 'diet' required, just focus on eating real food the majority of the time, and being active.

Starving doesn't help. Good dietary choices is the key. Veggies, fruits, whole grains. lean meats etc. is the answer. Healthy foods creates faster metabolism. I struggle too, but I'm learning. I love to drink coke, it's my weakness.

Why not try something in between? Lose some weight -- for which you don't have to starve -- but don't get so skinny that you WOULD have to starve to maintain that low weight.
At a realistic weight, you could allow yourself treats. Moreover, you'd be doing this for your health, not just your appearance, and for that, you don't have to be really skinny.
My guess is that you're bad at calculating your calorie consumption-- most people are. You are probably eating more than you think when you're dieting, and that's why you have trouble losing. However, you might want to get a full medical check-up, with thyroid tests and so forth, just to be sure.
But you're not hugely overweight, so if you can stay at that weight and eat as you like, if you're not actually gaining, then you're probably fine.

Goldfish are known to have many digestive problems because of their curved spines that cram their digestive track together. Personally I feed everyday except one day of the week. Another idea is to feed a pea once a week to help break down what is in their system. Make sure the pea is boiled and the shell was removed. MAKE SURE THE PEA WAS NOT CANNED!
