Question: No links please. I am 10 pounds underweight. How do I gain it safely and quickly, and not have the weight gain in my belly? No pills. No links. I want a straight-forward answer. Thanks!

Eat lots of protein. Any kind of nuts, steak or beef, and lots of eggs. Also eat late at night or when you are least active and then go to sleep with your stomach full. They say wait an hour after you eat before you lay down but alot of people gain unwanted weight by eating late and laying down straight after. Also you said no pills but you can drink protein shakes if you dont have any beef and then work out by doing a little strength training or toning and that protein will help build muscle.

Well, if you want to gain weight, there's a healthy way and a not-so-healthy way. You can eat a lot of fatty foods like cake and french fries, but if I were you I would not want to put on that kind of weight. A better way is to put on weight is in protein (beans, steak, meat, etc.). It's a lot harder to loose than gain, but it all depends on your body type. Muscle density is also a good way to gain weight. I would work with abs and arms (and possibly legs if you want to have thicker legs) in exercising in order to gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat.

As a young person you don't want to over compensate for muscle growth. Here's what you do: Diet: You want to consume 5-6 Meals a day. This is very important, diet is half the battle when trying to add muscle mass. Eat a lot of protein; at 77 pounds you want to eat around 77 grams of protein per day, so 1 pound per Gram of protein. Exercise: Compound exercises works the best. Taylor Lautner (twilight) used exercises that work two mucles at once. Pullups (Over hand) (underhand) - Back and Biceps. 4 sets of each, 8-12 reps Pushups - 4 sets, 8-12 reps Dips - 4 sets, 8-12 reps Crunches - 4 sets, 8-12 reps Your body will be able to recover a lot quicker than an intense body builders workout, so do this every day except the weekend, for rest. Don't spend any longer than an hr for the entire exercise, giving 60 seconds of rest in between sets. If this becomes to much, split the exercises up, but you should be right. After 6 months, start using weights.

Well I am not sure how old you are, but if you are a teenager it may be hard to gain weight because you probably have a high metabolism. Be thankful and know that someday you will gain weight and then want to lose it. However, in the meantime, the best way to gain weight is to lift some weights. Just simple hand weights for your arms and then do different exercises for your legs, abs, etc.. This will help you bulk up a bit but not so much that you look like a body builder, don't worry, you would have to do A LOT of weight training to get there. But what is great about this is you gain weight and still look good because it is not fat. You do not want to gain fat!! It doesn't look good and it just isn't healthy. Good Luck!! :-)

Eat at a surplus of about 500 calories a day. First you need to find your BMR. This is how many calories your body burns a day on its own. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul... <--- go to that link and put in your height, weight, and age, and it will calculate it for you. Then just add 300-500 calories, and make sure thats what your eating a day. Eat clean foods and keep hydrated. Good luck

You can easily lose that amount of weight in less time than that. Use your treadmill for about 45 minutes a day and don't half *** it, push yourself and sweat. Also you can use your free weights to tone up and also help in the weight loss. The most important part though is your diet, you have to watch what you eat and actually stick to eating healthy and drink a lot of water.
