So anyways I'm looking for some really effective weight loss tips that don't involve expensive diets, gym equipment or drugs. Just some really effective exercises.

I found the guide below really helpful for some weight loss ideas, and like you none of them involve expensive gym memberships or anything. There are quite a lot of really helpful tips which will give you good ideas to get started with.

You should definitely work out and mix in strength and cardio, but also your diet plays a huge role in your weight loss.
Here's a tidbit from Women's Health magazine:
As research makes clear, trimming calories from your diet is the most direct route to a smaller dress size. "It's much easier to cut 500 calories than to spend an hour in the gym burning 500 calories every day," says Timothy Church, M.D., Ph.D., director of preventive medicine research at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center at Louisiana State University. However, both diet and exercise are essential for keeping that weight off.

beware of fat free or zero trans fats foods as you could be trading fats for huge amounts of sugar or sodium

The effective ways like this: 1 go window-shopping at least 2 hours in one day; or walking around;
2 Control your money for diet, without enough money, you should eat less or at least keep control of your spending; 3 Sleep early and get up early, take some honey water; 4 Learning and working hard.
5 Brush your teeth after each meal.

okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess toxins in your blood or fat to lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods, at first,,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.
* you should lose about 10 lbs per month

Make sure you drink a lot of water, and try to cut down on soft-drinks.
Don't drink things like energy-drinks; they make you gain weight really quickly.
Try and only eat the recommended amount of calories per day.
If you go to the gym that much and workout, you'll be sure to lose weight!
It just takes time, don't give up.

Don't eat as many calories as you expend.
Muscle burns calories just sitting idle, so add muscle.
Crash diets cause loss of muscle as well as fat, making it more difficult to loose fat the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around.
Face it: Exercise and diet are the only ways. Don't blame genetics, bone structure, metabolism, etc. The blame game is an excuse to do what you want to do anyway - EAT.
If you're serious, add muscle, reduce caloric intake. You can spend a fortune on false promises and the only thing that will get slimmer is your wallet.
