I have been eating better, and going to the gym, yet I am GAINING weight. I've been trying to eat two smallish meals, one medium meal and three snacks throughout the day.
I'm getting really frustrated, what are some quick ways to get rid of extra fat without throwing up, or starving myself. Are laxatives really that bad for you? Are they a good way to get rid of extra flabbiness??

Well first, congrats on starting to make positive fitness goals. From someone who has road the rollercoaster of weight loss / gain for a long time, just starting and sticking to it is always the hardest part. When it comes to the weight you are gaining, my first question is, is it muscle you are gaining? Depending on the type of workout program you are doing, weight training causes an increase in muscle which ways more than fat. So if your clothes are fitting better, then you are going into the positive direction.
As for quick ways, there really isn't any. But I would say look at your workout program. Your meals sound fine, but I would concentrate on a lot more cardio in your workout with light weight lifting. But A LOT of cardio, at least an hour a night.

hey, were on the same BOAT. sometimes when i run i DO listen to music then i just get bored and i focus on the time ive been running. it hard to push myself....idk why cuz im not that over weight. i also have good abs but just fat covering it. it pisses me off cuz i really want to lose the tummy.

Don’t mix fats and carb supply. If you eat two of the very most calorie dense molecules as well, your body will have troubles processing them. You can consume both, but at separate situations.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves instead of a wrap, skip the cut of cheese, and load on the veggies.

Eat HEALTHY foods in medium proportions, so you don't starve yourself. And everyday jog at least 30 minutes. No snacks.
