I weigh 140 I should only way about 105 whats the bEST way to lose that extra 35lbs? Diet pills, make myself throw up?

Weight loss is a combination of good nutrition, calorie reduction, and exercising.
Reducing your caloric intake by 3500 calories = 1 pound weight loss
Energy balance is important for maintaining a healthy weight. The amount of energy or calories you get from food and drinks (energy IN) is balanced with the energy your body uses for things like breathing, digesting, and being physically active (energy OUT):
• The same amount of energy IN and energy OUT over time = weight stays the same (energy balance)
• More energy IN than OUT over time = weight gain
• More energy OUT than IN over time = weight loss
To maintain a healthy weight, your energy IN and OUT don’t have to balance exactly every day. It’s the balance over time that helps you maintain a healthy weight.
You can reach and maintain a healthy weight if you:
• Follow a healthy diet, and if you are overweight or obese, reduce your daily intake by 500 calories for weight loss
• Are physically active
• Limit the time you spend being physically inactive
One pound equals 3,500 calories. Break that down by dividing it by 7 days (there are seven days in a week) and we get 500 calories which means that we must cut 500 calories per day from our diet in order to lose just ONE pound per week.
• A two-pound per week of fast weight loss means that we must cut 1,000 calories per day from our diet.
Formula for Success:
1. Small Frequent Meals
Don't skip meals or go more than four hours without eating this set you up for later temptation. When meals are more than six hours apart, plan strategic snacks.
2. Eat Moderate Portions
Eat a little less of everything!
3. Beware of Concentrated Sugars
Excess sugar eaten alone causes more insulin secretion. Insulin promotes fat storage and can result in a rebound drop in blood sugar levels. Low blood sugar, in return, stimulates the appetite, especially cravings for more sugar.
4. Eat Foods High in Fiber
Fiber fills you up and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. There are two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. We need both of them in our diet!
5. Lower Your Fat Intake
Limit foods that are high in fat.
6 . Consume Caffeine in Moderation, If at All
Caffeine, like alcohol, may be contained in beverages considered to be food but the effects of this chemical are definitely drug-like.
7. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Walk, walk, walk, swim, or Run!!! Drink Plenty of water.

In general, the latest suggestions I've seen suggests that if your BMI:
• is less than 15, than you are SEVERELY underweight
• is less than 18.5, than you're underweight
• is greater than or equal to 18.5 but less than 25, than you are considered at an ideal weight for your height
• is greater than or equal to 25 but less than 30, than you're overweight
• is greater than or equal to 30 but less than 40, than you're Obese
• is greater than or equal to 40, than you're morbidly obese

50 lbs in 2 weeks is dangerous Try to burn more calories than you take in and the weight should start disappearing at a safer rate.
I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

I was once 150 pounds and im 4'11. I knew I was overweight so I decided to lose some weight. I first tryed starving myself! BAD IDEA!! Second I tried the diet pills! HORRIBLE IDEA! Then I decided to quit being lazy and start exercising! and cutting back on junk food! 6 months later I was down 20 pounds!
So you should try exercising 40+ mins a day and just watch what you eat!
p.s. im one that LOVES junk food!! so it was hard, but if you really want to lose it, you have to make yourself do it!

Very very low carbs, and no sugar or flower. Do not make yourself throw up, being skinny isn't worth the consequences. (Hair loss, loss of teeth enamel, fainting, etc.) With a good diet and exercise those pounds will come right off. My mom has been losing quite a bit of weight per week with the no sugar/no flower diet:)

Exercise ALOT like 3 hours a day or moreat least of your lazy your not gonna loose weight and this way you not only loose weight you gain muscle and loose healthy starving yourself only males you Hungry you dont loose you don't gain and diet pills usually don't work but when you sweat you smell nasty for some reason I know your not gonna like it but don't crash diet and eat healthier and exercise alot

do not make ur self throw up!!! what i did was i cut out soda and walked for 30 min a day. i dropped ten pounds in a week. also sugars are bad and u need to excersize. do not throw up or go annorexic its horrible for u.

Don't get on the diet rollercoaster. Think of fitness and weight as a lifestyle choice. Any weight that is lost through "fast track" dieting is almost always gained back (plus some). Commit to a healthy diet, low in sugar, high in natural whole foods and plenty of water. Exercise at least 3-4 times per week, and do it for the joy of movement, not for the "I have to get to such-and-such weight". Mental and emotional balance about weight is important. If you are in a state of resistance, struggling to lose weight, trying to avoid eating this and that, fighting the pounds, that mindset in and of itself will create a battle you can't win. A flat stomach comes from several factors - one that many people don't talk about is posture. Holding it in and up as you sit and stand will train it into a flatter position. Never hunch or slouch forward. If you are watching TV, get an exercise ball and sit on that, rolling yourself backward several times to work your abs. In bed, laying flat on your back, place your hands on your lower belly, then left your head gently and lift one leg at a time, focusing on flattening your belly and feeling the muscles in your abdomen.
