Question: O.k. i am going to be a cheerleader and my fitting is in 10 days. i weigh 107 lbs.and i need to lose some weight fast. any ideas. do i need to drink only water and eat lots of fruit and vegetables? how much do i need to work out? everyday maybe? Thanks for all your answers!

Lots of aerobic exercise, lots of water, and keep eating as much as you're eating right now, just make sure its healthy food. Run, bike, swim, play sports, etc. As much as you can reasonably handle, dont burn yourself out on it. Gym-style workouts wont give you much returns with only 10 days, and are more likely to do more harm than good. What you want to do is boost your metabolism and burn calories. What you do NOT want to do is starve yourself so that your body metabolism shuts down and you end up GAINING weight. Thats why its important that you dont cut down on your eating too much. No promises that you'll lose all the weight you WANT to, but if you do this, you'll lose all the weight you SHOULD lose, and you'll be at a healthy and fit size, wherever that may be for your size and genetics.

Well you are very basic here. You are 107, that sounds like a good weight to me, but what about your height? Without the height, I can't tell you what to do or if you are already in good shape.

if you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment use those equipment while reading and listening songs

Totally cut out carbs (chips, bread, noodles, snacks) and jump up on eating more meat (fish, chicken, cows) and veggies (not carrots). I started this 4 days ago and already lost 5 pounds. It's good for up to 2 weeks, then you start introducing good carbs back. It's Atkin's Diet in case you wanted to know which isn't good for long term anyway. Also, If you crave sugar. Get sugar free jello with no carbs or sugar. It's perfect for shooing those cravings!
