Question: I'm 15, 114lbs and around 5foot2inches, i'm almost, or done growing. What's my health weight? I've been looking online but most sites only offer a calculated thing for 18 +. And i'm a lazy person, i've never done sports and been raised in a family who eats alot, and i dont have much time to make healthy meals and stuff and dont have money to go to the gym atm, i was a fat kid and still have belly fat that i wanna lose, what can i do that would work for the summer ?

In not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your belly. In order to lose belly fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body. In short you may need to start: 1) Eating healthier, this means: Eat smaller meals Eat more meals a day Don’t starve yourself Eat more vegetables and fruit Drinks more water Less sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies) Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice 2) Exercising: Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they dont burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat. Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout. Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment - of the money you save on junk food for example =) Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess toxins in your blood or fat to lose weight ,,,,,do as follows: Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly) eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods, at first,,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken. also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise. * you should lose about 10 lbs per month

if you re eating out make salad the appetizer most starters are fried and come with unhealthy dips or sauces

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. Doing an effective whole body conditioning and weight loss workout can be done entirely at home without any fancy equipment. A couple of dumbbells is all you will need. (Even if you don't have dumbbells there is usually something lying around the house that is heavy enough to substitute in for them). Here is a list of 20 exercises you can do right in your own home for a great whole body conditioning and fat loss workout. Exercises: Group 1: Bodyweight Squats Bulgarian Split Squats Y-Squats Prisoner Squat Reverse Lunge Step Ups One Leg "Get Ups" Group 2: Push Ups Push Up and Point Mountain Climbers Decline Push Ups Push Ups/Stick Ups Step Up and Press Squat and Press Group 3: Plank Side Plank Curl and Press One Arm Rows Bird Dogs One Leg Deadlifts Pick one exercise from each group and do them all back to back for a mini circuit of 3 exercises. Do each exercise for a timed interval of 10 seconds for a total of 30 seconds per mini circuit. As you get better at them work up to doing each exercise for 20 seconds for a total of 60 seconds per mini circuit. Take 30-60 seconds rest between mini circuits. For beginners do a total of 3 mini circuits to start. Working up to 4 or 5 as you get better at them. Once you're ready to move to the next level add a second mini circuit by choose 3 different exercises (one from each grouping). Do your second mini circuit with the same time of work to rest ratio as your fist. If you feel you are already at an advanced level you can add one or two more mini circuits up to a total of 4 mini circuits. These 20 exercises are just an example of what is possible, there are dozens more that would work in this mini circuit style, you can incorporate any exercise that you like into these mini circuits. This style of workout is a great complete whole body conditioning and fat loss program you can do right at home in under 45 minutes.
