Hmmmm....honestly I've not found any good pills without a prescription since they pulled the good Dexatrim off the markets years ago. Phentermine is the best with a prescription. Recently I've been trying alli, but haven't been using it long enough to endorse it.

Not really. There are some that have ingredients that can act like appetite suppressants, but in my experience, I start to tolerate them after a while and they lose any effect. Frankly, I think all the pills on the market are a waste of money. You will always find somebody who had success with a diet or diet product, but anecdotes don't equal facts. The key to weight loss is eating less and exercising more. Your body needs to use more calories than you are taking in. Track your food and your exercise to see how you are doing.
You should be thinking twice about using diet pills!
A good way for you would be to do excercises or jogging. Stop eating junk and start eating lots of vegetables and fruits. Very important is to drink as much as you can, since this will make your stomach feel busy. Of course it needs to be water, and not coke or anything like that.
There is a research site about loosing weight I know of. There are many different ways explained to reach your goal of loosing weight. Hope this helps you and answers some of your questions.

I am now not a Doctor however I do realize there's no riskless rapid repair for a situation that built through the years. Sure you would take nutrition capsules to scale back your urge for food, however now not consuming is solely as unsafe as over consuming if now not extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle treatment is not anything extra the a trendy day variant of what used to be known as snake oil which used to be bought out of the again of a included wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be precise then it quite often is."

green tea tablets work the best and are completely healthy for you... diet pills that are caffeine and sugar based are horrible for you.. vitamins and herbs that claim to be diet often add weight to those who are under weight while dropping weight on those who are over, they aren't really diet pills they are simply marketed as such by people who don't care about anything but turning a profit

I think they do work you just have to take them how they are meant to be taken. Not just take them and pig out all you want

Taking pills was a huge turn off but looking at slimquick they actually had some alternatives. - they have packets that mix into water- try these you can get mixed berry or lemonade flavor. You are also hydrating and don't need to swallow horse pills! I have lost about 20lbs in just over 2 months and feel awesome. you can look them up online-they also have some pretty neat tools. good luck, cheers
