Question: I am overweight, and school is in about 20 days. I currently weigh 155 pounds, and I am 5'3" and a girl. I am active during the school year, but I slip up in the summer time. How is it possible for me to lose at least 10 pounds before school starts. I would love it if I weighed 125-130 by my birthday which is in early november! I absolutely hate running, and I do tend to overeat. I just want to los e the weight, then keep it off. PLEASE help me, im tired of being the fat girl in the family and in school.

P90x, search it on google It's a 90 day extreme home workout program, you will lose alot of weight and look good by following their healthy diet and doing their exercises The actual program costs money because it's 12 dvds but just google the workouts and look at them on YouTube to save money, that's what I did

There are lots of myths out there that will make you fatter and depressed like cutting carbs, fats and calories. See site below and take the time to learn the right way to do it. It also tells why you cannot lose weight too fast. Example drink 5 gallons water right now and it will kill you. Eat 20 pounds of food now and it will kill you. Lose 20 pounds of weight now-- what will happen. You can't do it, can you? Can you even lose 5 pounds in the next hour? Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil (extra virgin and cold pressed)? The latter. Which is more fattening? The former. How can this be?
