I am overweight, and school is in about 20 days. I currently weigh 155 pounds, and I am 5'3" and a girl. I am active during the school year, but I slip up in the summer time. How is it possible for me to lose at least 10 pounds before school starts. I would love it if I weighed 125-130 by my birthday which is in early november! I absolutely hate running, and I do tend to overeat. I just want to los e the weight, then keep it off. PLEASE help me, im tired of being the fat girl in the family and in school.

It's a 90 day extreme home workout program, you will lose alot of weight and look good by following their healthy diet and doing their exercises
The actual program costs money because it's 12 dvds but just google the workouts and look at them on YouTube to save money, that's what I did
dump the junk food if you want to avoid temptation make sure you clean out the fridge and the pantry
