Hey Jenny, none of them work! You're better than all that anyway :) You don't need them. Show the rip-off-artists and rich drug companies that you're in control of your body and don't need their garbage. You can do it without that crap.

Those pills work great at separating people from their money, but don't do anything else. Diet and exercise are the only things that work, so don't waste your money on anything else.
To lose weight, cut back your diet by about 500 calories a day. That will cause you to lose about a pound a week, which is what you want. You don't want to lose any faster, because your skin can't keep up and you'll look like you're wearing a wrinkled badly fitting suit.
The exercise won't cause you to lose weight, but it will keep you fit and toned and get you in better shape and better health. If you want to get pregnant this is a very good thing to do.
None unless they are prescription. The only way to lose weight is eat healthy including portion control along with exercise. Even the pills say so "when used along with healthy diet and exercise". That's what causes the weight loss, not the pills. Spend your money on fresh fruits and veggies instead to get good results losing weight.
But don't take my word for it. This guy posts reviews of different health/weight loss products. Read them yourself. He's trying to sell his product, but the reviews are still legit. http://www.healthhound.org/hydroxycut/

Now I am going to yell, due to the fact I'm pissed off: - DOESN'T ANYONE SEARCH THESE GROUPS?! I ought to have spoke back this query 10 instances ago 24 hours! If vitamin drugs labored, why are there such a lot of overweight individuals?! I used to weigh over 30st. I now weigh 8st four. Did I pop any drugs no I didn't. The handiest kilos you'll be able to lose that method would possibly not be coming off your frame!

The best diet pills are thermogenic meaning "fat burning" as well as appetite suppressing. A good example is Thermo Phen Phen Gold which does both and is all natural so it is as safe as food.

Some diet pills seem to have great results. However, they often contain caffeine, which speeds up your heart rate artificially and knocks your hormones out of balance. If you're really eating a healthy diet in the right portion sizes and exercising regularly, and avoiding sugar, you should lose at least 1-2 pounds a week. That's the only real way to lose weight, and it's the only healthy way for your heart. Good luck!
