I'm trying to lose all my excess weight in the next 2 and a half months, which is probably between 15 and 25 pounds. I eat breakfast every day. I do weights every other day. I'm gonna try to run every day, but that usually ends up being about every other day.
Does drinking a lot of water help?
Does sleep help?
What else helps?

Loosing weight is a fairly simple concept. You just need to burn more calories than you take in each day. Learn to count your calories and what ever you take in, you need to burn and then some. The more you burn the more weight you'll loose. I've got a diet that UAB (University of Alabama in Birmingham) produced. It's not the easiest diet, BUT IT WORKS. Stick to the diet and continue exercising and you'll loose so much weight. Drinking water and sleep always keeps your body in tune and alert, so drink your 8 glasses a day of water and get you 8 hours of sleep a night. Here's the direct web site to the diet.

you can try the apple cider vinegar diet.
you take 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before everymeal.
my dad did this and it worke, but then he stopped.
im doing it now. i love the taste of vinegar so its no problem for me.

yes I think you are on the right track, but sometimes weight loss can be frustrating... you should aim for a loss of body fat percentage rather than a loss of pounds, you can actually gain muscle weight while you are losing fat so the scale might not move... do not be fooled... use the mirror and fat measuring devices as the best indicator.
Just keep watching what you eat, diet is #1 factor in weight loss, actually an overweight person tends to eat a lot of food (and snacks) during the day that they don't account for... account for all the food you eat... it can be a pain but the reward for discipline is a hot bod.
