Who's got great weight loss/managements tips?
Topic: Who's got great weight loss/managements tips?
July 18, 2019 / By Rain Question:
What are some extra little tips that (along with exercise and diet) will help optimize weight loss? I already know the obvious stuff like 'drink water' and little additions to being active like parking a little further from the store and walking there etc. Also smaller portions and all is self explanatory as well.
I'd really rather try to stay away from diet pills and I think your tips will help me keep the weight off more easily as well. Thanks! :)
Let me clarify that I'm not asking for exercises/exercise plans or diet plans, but rather extra little things to help along with my diet and exercise. Thank for your answers though, I'll definitely keep them in mind and try them out as well.

Not tips, facts.
About 3,500 calories adds up to about 1 pound. This applies whether they are food calories coming in, or calories (burned by exercise) going out.
If you eat 3,500 calories more than your body needs, you will put on about 1 pound. If you use up 3,500 calories more than you eat, you will lose about 1 pound in weight.

I am not a fan of diet pills at all.
That being said you are smart enough to at least consider Alli. The only FDA approved diet supplement on the market.
Losing weight is 80% diet. You just can't lose weight starving or eating a fad diet.
If you couple a healthy diet with Alli you will lose weight. Be advised Alli causes sudden and oily stools so you will need to adjust to it. The less fat you eat, the less the side effects. It is a good training tool that way.
The truth to losing weight is to eliminate processed foods-your body doesn't know how to digest ingredients such as hydrogenated oils, and ends up storing it as fat.
The trick to losing weight is a whole food diet!
What is a whole food diet? Well, a whole food diet is anything non-processed. Add more fruits and veggies to your day. It is recommended by the FDA that we get 7-13 servings per day!
Eliminate cheese from your diet.
...hint, I'm vegan. Going vegan alone lost me a good 5 pounds. I was already thin to begin with. If you're larger I'm sure going vegan would shed you a lot of pounds.
Go organic and shop in the produce section:)

Well in order to lose weight you gotta burn more calories than you take in, so i suggest limiting yourself to about 1200 calories per day and the least amout of fat you can. I suggest short 15 minute workouts that have high intensity like using weights to target certian parts of your body. And always go for a jog at least three times a week, it boosts your metabolism which makes you burn fat faster and also keeps you fit and in shape. I hope this helpS :)

i've tried Extrim, but this gave me alot of side effects that I stopped it after 1 day...
Alot of weight loss pills cause you to have diahorrea, nausea, etc.. think before you buy. The pills may be good for 1 person but not the other..
