So I'm trying to lose somewhere between 15- 30 pounds over the course of a couple months. Sooner the better.
I'm trying to look at some workout plans that can help me with this... Any ideas?
Also, diet tricks? I already drink water (with a glass of milk a day) and don't snack often. I try to keep my meals healthy.
any ideas or tips on how I can manage the weight loss? Dieting without actually going on a diet? Again, workout plans? Thanks!! (:

Swimming is the best way to lose weight and it is quite fun 20 labs in a 50 meter pool in 1km that's not too much and deep water running is a really fun way as well i lost 2kg in the first week of doing deep water running twice a week it was fantastic. Another way riding your bike around town or on your street. i also do triathlons on saturdays yeah you have to wake up early but because you have down exercise in the morning anything and everything you do all day is losing weight.
after dinner do 10 sit-ups and 5 push ups for the tummy
