Question: This is to all my formally know as big people aka overweight people. Reason i'm coming to you all with this is because i'm tired looking at skinny people advertising how to loose weight when they never been overweight or fat. But these are my questions: 1. What are some good food recipes and choices that you used to help you loose weight? 2. What problem areas of your body that bothered you the most, and exercises help you the best to solve that problem? 3. If you have bought a exercise machine, some food, or those weight loss supplements on tv or online. Which ones you suggest would be best and that helped you. 4. If you worked how did your job or career effect your weight loss plan? 5. How was your eating habits before and after you reach your weight loss goal? 6. If there are any tips or tricks that help motive, inspire, or made you achieve your goal can you please share? I'm not trying to be mean to skinny people, but there's so much lies, high risk, and scams out there that it makes overweight people lose faith, money, and hope to be healthy. So unless your a doctor or fitness instructor who's trying to health, no skinny people response to this.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info, also if your in time, theres a limited free trial where all you have to do is pay like 5 bucks for s/h which I took advantage of but in the long run, I ended up ordering more. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. This depends on the individual, but based off of what you've said, your best bet would be to reduce calories. Someone who already has a decent amount of muscle is better off reducing calories to drop fat. It's the "skinny-fat" individuals who respond really well to eating more to lose fat.

That won't work. Your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will drop. You will lose muscle mass regardless of how much weight lifting you do. When your body has an extreme energy shortage, the muscles are converted into energy through a process called gluconeogenesis. If you're eating 500 calories a day, no amount of weight lifting will stop your muscles from being digested. For your age, height, weight, and sex, you should eat 2338 calories a day for weight loss or 1754 calories a day for extreme weight loss. Don't waste your time starving yourself. Control your calorie intake at 1754 calories and you will lose all 50 pounds in five months. Stop going for the quick fix that won't work. Let's be honest. Those 50 pounds didn't jump on you one night. You've been eating too much for a long time. Do it right for five months, and you will win. Your fooling yourself if you think that you can make up for this in one month. Go for a quick fix by starving yourself, and you will lose five pounds in 6 weeks, two of which will be muscle. After that, you won't be able to keep starving, and your metabolism will be slower, and you will have less muscle. That's not a great start for a 50 pound weight loss. It is an attempt to take the easy way out. You might not like this, but I don't care. It is the truth. Good luck. five months will pass quickly.
