Question: Many times I've tried but failed, I have an extremely fast metabolism, and I eat out at fast food at least once a week, sometimes twice. I don't want to gain too much weight but I'm just so damn skinny, how can I gain some meat?

To gain meat, eat meat! Lots of protein, rather than fatty foods like fast food, you will build up muscle rather than fat. And try doing some weights or yoga rather than cardio excersize as this will build more muscle and cardio is used to lose fat.

Live like I do. Eat lots of high-fat greasy foods and lots of desserts. Lead a sedentary life (don't exercise or move around much).Watch lots of TV and spend alot of time online. Don't EVER do either of the above activities without a snack.
